## About this proposal
This proposal, placed by Dwellir, was for developing and exploring a Proof Of Concept implementation of a PHP wrapper for Kilt SDK. The code was used in a reference implementation of an authentication plugin for Nextcloud. 

This proposal was discussed first in July 2022 [here](https://kilt.polkassembly.io/post/133). The council gave a go-ahead for "Milestone 1" following that discussion. The requested budget includes costs for developers, project lead, tests, and administration of "Milestone 1" (Proof of Concept).
